Motherhood is grand, but the new bod….well, I’m still making my peace with it, three years on.
The most immediate change I noticed was the one to my wardrobe. But I’ve picked up some tips along the way to help flatter your new you!
Part I of this three-part series, Baby Is Here! Now What Do I Wear? focuses on how to look your best in the office while making it all look easy.

Here are some things to keep in mind:
- Drape front tops [1] combine coverage and movement while adding a feminine touch.
- Ruching is your BFF. Material gathered strategically around the midsection, hips, and bust help to form a more flattering silhouette. Let me repeat: ruching is a lifesaver. Your post-baby bod will look amazing in almost anything with ruching [1 | 3].
Stay tuned for Part II: Date Night and Part III: Weekend of this series, coming soon.
Enjoy your day!

I still have my muffin top. What do you do for that?
Invest in a good abdominal binder or shapewear for your tummy. I wear mine under my Ingrid and Isabel belly band, and even if it shows, it looks just like a layering t-shirt. Hope this helps!
