If you just had a baby, congrats! You are now a member of the Mommy Club. You are also now a member of the What The Heck Happened To My Body? Club.

Motherhood is grand, but the new bod….well, I’m still making my peace with it, three years on.

The most immediate change I noticed was the one to my wardrobe. But I’ve picked up some tips along the way to help flatter your new you!

Here are some things to keep in mind:

    Wearing neon pumps to work is a little risky…don’t you think?

    • Invest in a good abdominal binder or shapewear for your tummy. I wear mine under my Ingrid and Isabel belly band, and even if it shows, it looks just like a layering t-shirt. Hope this helps!
